For the check-in you need to come to our office MY HOME, located on Avenida de España Nº7 Local 19 Centro Comercial Prisma (35100, Playa del Inglés), then go to the address of the accommodations, which will be detailed at the time of check in. -Check-in time: our official check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-in: Para realizar el check-in, My Holiday Gran Canaria le informará sobre el lugar donde deberá recoger la llave, junto con la carta de bienvenida. En ese momento también se le proporcionará la dirección exacta de la vivienda. Limpieza: Este alojamiento no cuenta con servicio de limpieza durante la estancia. La limpieza se realiza antes de la llegada de los huéspedes y a la salida de los mismos. Si desea contratar un servicio de limpieza adicional durante su estancia, se aplicará un cargo extra. Horas de entrada y salida: La entrada es a partir de las 15:00. Si desea entrar antes, estará sujeto a disponibilidad. La salida oficial es a las 11:00. Si desea salir más tarde, se le informará sobre el cargo extra correspondiente. Documentación requerida: Al realizar el check-in, los huéspedes deberán presentar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito. Peticiones especiales: Todas las peticiones especiales estarán sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden implicar cargos adicionales. Normas de convivencia: No se permiten despedidas de soltero/a ni fiestas similares en la propiedad. Para garantizar la tranquilidad de todos los huéspedes, se debe evitar el ruido entre las 21:00 y las 09:00.
