Lovely 2 bedroom modern loft apartment sea view

The view was amazing

We were left without heat and hot water not acceptable when you have an elderly lady . The lifts had been out of order for over a month and they didn’t inform us .

the hot water and central heating was it and miss, worked when it felt like it.

Beautiful view across the bay. Well-equipped kitchen. Good use of the space.

No fault of the owner, but the lift wasn’t working when we were there - and there weee a lot of stairs!

Clean and modern. Provided everything that you of needed. Loved the views. My little one like exploring the flat when we 1st got there.

Few cosmetic bits needed doing. Especially the bathroom.

Fabulous loft apartment with lovely bay windows X 2, giving amazing views over Morcambe bay, and of the Eric Morcambe statue, very comfortable beds, and all we needed to self cater there. I loved the quirky interior design and pictures on the wall. We also loved that it had Alexa, contrary to other reviews, this apartment does have internet access, possibly recently fitted. It went off once, but not for long. We definitely hope to stay in this apartment again.

The apartment is in need of some repair, the hob was cracked, as mentioned by other reviewers, and the bath panel is still loose, we noticed water leaking underneath the bathroom floor tiles when we had showers. TV is working, but ariel connection looks a bit dodgy. Bathroom very small to have a bath in, we felt it would be better with just a shower, or as a wet room. Bean bags in place in one of the windows as seating, uncomfortable to sit on, armchairs would be better, especially for older/adult guests.
