The house was lovely didn't have a problem with parking 2 vans on the street.

Didn't get a lot of channels on the tv,

"clean, well equipped, great location and fantastic communication thought-out"

the lock box code was set well in advance to make sure we had no issues , even had a little video on how to open in case we couldn't.

not really a criticism more observation but there could be more seats in the lounge area and a bench in the garden.

"Ideal location for Swansea stadium"

Excellent location for Swansea stadium, which is what we wanted it for to watch Take That. Literally 5 mins across the road from the house. Had a drive as well as on-street parking

The main quibble would be that we couldn't get WiFi for tvs in the bedrooms most of the time, although it was working ok for the main lounge TV. Also the pillows were pretty firm and not very comfy.

On Our arrival we were welcomed by the team via phone, we collected the key as instructed. TV was in everyroom which was good but linked to Netflex and youtube, if you dont have signin then no point of TV. We did not have login ids for anyof them so could not make a use of the TV. Ohterwise property was good. Thank you

TV should have been linked to standards, so you could watch BBC or ITV. when we try to turn on it asked for signin details that we did not have and could not make a use of the TVs

"Beautiful weather and country side."

Perfect location, walking distance of Morfa Shopping Center, Swansea Stadium. Close to park and ride to get into Swansea Center. Close to connection to M4 for touring. House was clean and easy parking. Staff very helpful via what's app if any problems. Thank you Bianca.

Only recommendation I had with gorgeous weather and private back garden was some out door sitting, which when mentioned they said they were happy with feed back and would look into providing going forward.
