Fantastic location in a small hamlet surrounded by nature, 5 minutes walking distance down to Kupa River, a swimming spot. Kitchen is well equipped. Feels like a home. Spotlessly clean.

No grocery or restaurant nearby.

I like everything of the flat, the host was very kind with me and my family and help us with everything we need. The flat was fantastic, much better than mine expecation.

Everithing was amazing. Impeccable and extraordinary place.

We return to Barica every year on the way to the sea. The accommodation is in a calm and quiet environment by the river where you can swim. Unforgettable and pleasant family atmosphere. Thanks for everything. 😊

The host is great, met us on arrival despite relatively late time. We were able to park our car inside, despite that fact it's not officially a parking space. The apartment is great, very cozy, spacious and has everything you need for living, including a welcome Rakia drink ;-) In the garden in front of the house there is a trampoline and other things to keep your kids busy and happy. It's a small village surrounded by great nature. Nearby, just 5 minutes walking there is a river.

Unfortunately, we didn't have too much time to enjoy the house and its surroundings. Next time we will stay longer!
