Full loft-style apartment near Omni

Room and furnishings were in great condition and the heat was perfect. We had a small issue with our key-code failing. The host helped resolve it quickly.

We didn’t have hot water in the morning. More bedding would have been great. No top sheet, no secondary blanket. Just two pillows and a comforter. Too Spartan-like.

Everything was great, extremely comfortable. Will come back.

There was no hot water. I sent an email but no response. I called the number given to me and a gentleman I talked to said he will call maintenance and give me a partial refund. Not sure if I will.

Apartment is spacious, stylish and generously provisioned. Instructions were clear, location great.

You do hear the people upstairs moving around in their apartment.

Everything was great - ideally located at the center of New Haven which is amazing.

Everything worked perfect and the loft-style apartment is very beautiful.

Kitchen living room bed very clean. Good communication and direction to access the apartment
