BEACHFRONT COTTAGE LOWER UNIT

Location. Period.

Cleanliness was lacking. Bed likely has bed mites. Host lies and not responsive. I regret renting the home.

The location of this property is perfect! Right on the strand, waves crashing up the rocks. Just beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Having a hot tub with ocean view was a fabulous perk! Special treat in the bathroom :)

The Keurig didn't work, luckily there was a small coffee pot under the sink that we used. Rooms are a really tight fit trying to get around the beds. We requested use of the golf cart but it was delivered the day after we requested, which turned out to be the day we were leaving.

Place is a great location, beautiful views from the property, walkable to restaurants, shopping, and great beaches!

Had a few communication issues in the beginning, but found out it was due to the owner having a medical issue, so it wasn't the issue of the property or staff and they worked hard to remedy any concerns and were helpful!

It was all good, The staff and manger are awesome , I will stay there again

The place was filthy! The kitchen was filled with ants, and flies. The few dishes in the cabinets were covered in dust. My favorite feature was the kitchen floor that was so dirty my feet were sticking to it. Honestly, besides the linen, the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned. SO much for the $200 "cleaning fee" the last person paid to stay there; perhaps they'll clean it after we left? The mattress was covered with a plastic liner; it was akin to sleeping on a garbage bag because it trapped the heat and moisture. For sure, if I'd seen this place first, I would have looked elsewhere. Some of the houses in this area are in huge disrepair, while others have been torn down and rebuilt. This place has a lot of potential IF the owner invested. It seems however that this unit is merely a "cash cow" and will remain that way until the structure finally falls over from neglect. Enjoy the view but make sure you have flip flops to wear INSIDE the house

Location and the friendliness of the ‘owners or staff’. It was so nice to have someone respond, not immediately, in a timely manner.

There was no gas in the heater outside.

PERFECT location, comfort, equipped, HELPFUL, mini Market close, Jacuzzi , beach toys, sun and sand. Did I say RAY AND PAM WERE DELIGHTFUL. I WILL BE BACK 🏖🏖🌞🌊
