Nice and comfortable apartments, new and clean

This is a place with a very convenient and green location, most of the places I needed were in walk distance from home. Being located on one of the busiest streets of the neighbourhood, it was nevertheless quiet and cozy there. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, I am grateful for a warm welcome and overall assistance with the questions I had. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life, it exceeded my expectations in a way. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who consider visiting Podgorica.

Excellent area close to the center of the city, calm building, great landlord, perfect apartment decorated with style, super bed, super living room. I strongly recommend this place.

The toilets and the fridge could have been perfectly clean, there were almost. Sink in the bathroom is too small and low. The one in the kitchen is perfect.

Location is great - from walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and parks. The owner was also really helpful and kind.

There are not many parking spots, so it was always an adventure if we would find a place or not. Patience.
