The apartment doesn’t exist yet the booking was accepted. The host didnt pick up our call. We waited 2 hour outside the property. The reply from the host next was “we forgot to close the apartment”

This is a scam. We booked the apartment shown in the pictures but got a phone call 20 minutes after the agreed check in, and after getting there, that the apartment was not in habitable shape and that we will have go to another one belonging to the owner. It was on the other side of town, so additional money for transport. Now we had to wait an additional hour and a half for the cleaning lady to finish. 2 hours go by and she then arrives to start cleaning but she has no keys so we have to wait for the owner to bring the keys for another 30 minutes. He gets there, tells us to keep waiting. She takes the whole 20 minutes to "clean" the entire apartment, which turns out was just changing the sheets. Now almost 4 hours after the agreed check in during which were just idling on the street, we're finally told we can enter. No "sorry you had to wait" or anything. We were also to pay upfront, before seeing the apartment. After asking the owner if we will get a few euros off the price or any compensation for the wait and everything, we're rudely told that this isn't a hotel and that this wasn't his fault and that he can rent this apartment to 30 to 40 people just today so we should just accept it. The apartment itself is not worth the price, as it is considerably smaller than the one shown above. It was also filthy, with just the barebones furniture and utensils. The fridge is in an on and off relationship with itself. The trash was full to the brim, falling out of the bin. The walls are stained and dirty, with the occasional hole. No soap or shampoo or anything so you'll have to buy everything. You're not given the wifi password either, if it even exists. If you're showering alone, beware as the shower door can't be opened from the inside so your roommate will have to rescue you. And for a two day stay for two people, you get three small towels and one roll of toilet paper, so you better be frugal.

This is a scam. We were left outside with no one to greet is and were unable to access the appartement. As a certified 3 star apartment by booking this was a very bad experience for us. We arrived a 9pm with nowhere else to stay and the host was not replying to any of our calls or messages.

Vlasnik je izuzetno neprofesionalan. Stan sam rezervisala tri dana prije datuma boravka, da bi mi na dan kad je bila zakazana rezervacija rekao da stan nije slobodan i ponudio mnogo gore zamjenske stanove. Dok je jedan stan koji je priblizan kvalitetom bio ovom koji sam rezervisala, nudio za vecu cijenu. Pored neprofesionalnosti, prisutna je i velika neljubaznost i manjak manira u prema gostu i zenskoj osobi. Razumijem da su ovo stvari koje se desavaju u ovom poslu, ali ono sto mozemo jeste da budemo vaspitani i ljubazni, a to ovdje nije bio slucaj, jer da jeste sve bi se dogovorili. I booked the apartment three days before the date of stay, only to be told on the day of the scheduled reservation that the apartment was not available and offered much worse replacement apartments. While one apartment that was close in quality to the one I reserved, it was offered for a higher price. In addition to unprofessionalism, there was also great discourtesy and a lack of manners towards me as a guests and as a women. I understand that these are things that happen in this business, but what we can do is to be polite and kind, and that was not the case here, because if it was, we would have agreed on everything.

We(me and my girlfriend)booked the suit that is shown in the photos, but the actual appartment that the owner gave to us was something completely different - dirty, broken, with molds on the walls, old equipment. The problem is that we payed him previously when we met him, with him saying that the appartment is still being cleaned so we could enter 30 minutes after. We tried to call him to tell him that we are not satisfied and that we don’t want to sleep in the place like this, but he won’t answer his phone, while texting to us saying he is busy and he can’t talk.
