The Adriatic Pearl Split

A beautiful flat with full appliances. I like that there was a nice coffee machine and coffee beans in the flat. There is a fridge/freezer with an ice maker. the appliances were very good and new. The nearby hotel had tennis courts and some ball area which was full of teenagers around evening time. That was good for our teenagers. There is a tunnel under the busy road to cross the street. close to a grocery shop and pizza place. easy to walk to the beach.

the pool is not part of the property. we booked since the property had a pool. but we did not regret staying there. We have also extended our stay since it was so nice. the property is close to the busy road but the flat is on the right side of the road

Modern and fresh apartment, nicely furnished and with all facilities you neeed. Good standard on everything. Very nice, flexible and helpul owner. Shopping and restaurants close by. The beach is easily accessible - just a 3-5 minutes walk.

On a main road with noisy traffic.

The location - see below - is close to the sea. That is a plus. It is, however, on a very very busy street. the flat is nice and large, with plenty of amenities (modern kitchen for example) and nice light.

The ad for this was somewhat misleading as I thought through the name that this would be a holiday complex with many apartments and a reception. It turns out that it is a single apartment in a regular block of flats. It is on a very very busy street and despite having double glazing it can still get noisy. The beds were not made and the double bed had only single sheets so it was hard to figure out how to set things up. I arrived earlier than anticipated but had to wait quite a while to get into the property.

Perfect location and easy to reach... very well maintained property (Exactly the way you see it in the picture while booking) and super helpful host to guide on each and every step of the way where we need support. I will certainly plan my next stay here. (Thank you so much for making our stay memorable)
