Great location, good view from the balcony. Kind host

Needs an urgent deep clean and ideally some renovation! No place to store anything, all furniture is full of books (books are great, but travellers predictably come with luggage). The kitchen is utterly unwelcoming, missing the most basic supplies (soap??)
