The person at the reception was very nice and gave us informations on how to reach the accommodation, which was in a different building. She also gave us her phone number in case we had a hard time finding the place, but we didn't need to call her back. The place was good for our family with great views and in a great location with many restaurants.

We had a hard time finding the doors to reach the building but when we did, everything was fine. Since we were on the 18th floor, we joked that it would be a fancy penthouse, but it clearly wasn't! The place is okay, but we thought it looked a little dated. Maybe it was the lack of decoration that surprised us? I'm not sure, but for some reason, we were expecting a bit more. Other than the aesthetics, it is a good place to stay at.

This is just horrible. They gave the wrong coordinates. They don't respond to messages. We never got to the apartments.

A welcome pack would be nice, just tea coffee milk, etc. I wouldn't mind paying extra for this. A comment not a complaint

That's the only negative comment I have. The reception to get the key is not in the same building as the apartment. The process was quick and easy, but I had to go to another building - walking I think it's something about 12 min. For the check-out, there's no need to go there again, you can do everything in the apartment.

O apartamento muito bom, com vista pra praia. Limpo e organizado

Não chega a ser uma critica, mas no inverno só dá pra dormir na sala. Acho que por ser um apartamento no último andar o quarto é gelado. Não tem aquecimento no quarto. Na sala tem um ar condicionado quente e frio que não chega ao quarto
