Detailed instructions about the facilities (though some were slightly inaccurate). Easy access to the beach and a very nice view. A good amount of space and we had what we needed to do some light cooking, our laundry, etc. We were there in low season so parking was easy, I imagine in high season the garage parking would be essential. This was an affordable option, though it did come with some downsides.

We found the bed very uncomfortable (two single beads pushed together, and extremely firm, to the point our arms and legs would go numb and we had trouble sleeping). When we checked in, there was an unpleasant odor in the entire unit - perhaps cleaning supplies? This finished after a couple of days, however there was a foul smell from the bathroom for our entire stay. There was enough cooking equipment for what we needed but don't expect things like coffee, shampoo/shower soap etc.

Adorámos a estadia neste apartamento no 16.º andar! A vista para o mar é simplesmente deslumbrante e a localização, a poucos passos da Praia da Rocha, não podia ser melhor. O espaço é acolhedor e perfeito para uma escapadinha a dois. Uma experiência fantástica que certamente iremos repetir!😃😃

Die Lage zum Strand und zur Promenade mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist super. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 16. Stock, die Aussicht war wunderbar, nur war es sehr windig und so haben wir den Balkon nicht oft genutzt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist super (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Teekocher, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster und genug Geschirr).

Das ganze Gebäude ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man. Für einen Strandurlaub ist es aber völlig in Ordnung.

A lovely flat that has everything you might want for an extended stay. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The check in process is really simple and the hosts are very accommodating.

Navigation system could not find the address as a 'copy and paste'. Went to wrong location then needed to park up and then to edit and type in just the basic location. A liitle bit difficult if you are already travelling when the instructions are received, but no great problem. Would recommend drop a pin in maps beforehand.
