Apartamento amplo, com todos os equipamentos, e utensílios para uso de uma família, além de material de limpeza. Há inclusive uma churrasqueira. Local sossegado, sem barulho, de fácil acesso, com um pequeno mercado próximo.

A porta de acesso ao edifício tem abertura eletrônica, que nem sempre funciona. Ao que parece, se a porta não for fechada com firmeza, o trinco impede a abertura, mas o sensor não reconhece que a porta está fechada, e o acionamento elétrico não funciona, inclusive o botão da parte interna, só abre com acionamento manual do trinco (lado de dentro) ou com a chave (lado de fora). Tive dificuldade de entrar no prédio, no dia em que cheguei, pois as chaves ainda estavam no cofre, junto à porta do apartamento.

Très bien situé, belle vue, moderne et bien equips. Tout était parfait

Proximity to our destination

Our host, 1st, we requested early check in which was declined saying check in is at 16:00 which we understood but when we get there to the apartment at 18:04 there was no one, no key. Our hired driver tried to get hold of him but dropped the phone. And due to the language barrier, it made matters even worse. He later at 18:12 gave us 2 combination codes for safe, which didn't work. Our very patient driver gave him a call, and he issued another combination, but there was no key in the safe. He boldly told us it was out of his control that the cleaner left with the key, and we had to wait for her wife to bring the key. The wife only arrived an hour 15 minutes late, and our driver who stayed with us all this long charged us additional 45ueros for waiting. 2nd, for our entire stay, the apartment was never cleaned, and we had a lot of garbage since we were self catering which we end up storing outside next to our braai area and also no additional garbage bags we provided.
