Bellissimo appartamento, accogliente pulito e con una vista Bellissima, staff molto accogliente e gentilissimo.

The apartment had a spacious, fully equipped new kitchen. The overall space of the apartment was sufficient. It was clean and tidy. At first glance, it was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the accommodation had several major shortcomings that significantly reduced the comfort of our stay. Based on these, we know that we will not be returning to this accommodation (we stayed here for a week in August 2025). Here are the main shortcomings: - The bedroom does not have separate air conditioning. One air conditioning unit for the entire apartment is completely insufficient (it was 37°C outside). - The beds are not comfortable enough for four adults to sleep on (a double bed and a sofa bed). The sofa bed offers significantly less space than standard. - Thin walls. We could hear every movement in the neighboring apartments very clearly, especially in the morning and evening. - During the week, the apartment was vacuumed once at 6 a.m. and again at 7:30 a.m. When I go on vacation, I want to relax and sleep, not listen to a vacuum cleaner in the morning! - And the most important finding was that this accommodation is often used for one-night stays. This means visitors arriving (noise) after 10 p.m. and leaving early in the morning (e.g., at 4 a.m., 5 a.m., etc.). This happened several times a week! The accommodation is very adequate for short stays, but completely unsuitable for a week-long vacation.

Our stay in Portoroz went well. However, the studio description is incomplete and the following elements should be mentioned: Surface area: 655 * 305 cm, which is 19.97 m² (not 24 m²) Insufficient natural light for the kitchen and table as there is only one window (bay window 120 * 120 cm) No screens on the door or window Window with sheer curtain and shutter but no curtains and poor blackout for sleeping Kitchen lighting switch located at the studio entrance, 4 meters away Distance between bed and fridge: 108 cm Distance between bed and table: 36 cm Usable table dimensions: 59 * 90 cm Double bed placed in the corner of two walls, accessible from only one side Double bed width: 140 cm No armchair No sofa, single bed plus three cushions No bedside lamps No bedside tables Studio access door adjacent to a garage door Outdoor space not very private: access to a garage, private accommodation and neighboring house External view: unfinished building, shed, neighboring house Building roof: car parking, playground Three wall outlets No coat rack except two hooks No broom, brush, dustpan, or cleaning products Refrigerator somewhat noisy Sink faucet defective Minor wall paint damage not addressed. we have read in previous comments that the road to the beach is quite steep, it is :) very steep.
