Everything is excellent, the accommodation is spacious and clean. There is enough storage space. The kitchen is well equipped and contains everything you need. The upper terrace is spacious with a jacuzzi tub that is perfect for relaxation. The accommodation really has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

"Magical view!"

The whole family loved this accommodation! Such a nice boathouse with a magical view! Very professional host with big heart. If we visit Portoroz again, we will definitely book the same accommodation again.

A short drive to Portoroz beach, but we had expected that.

Sara is the most gracious, helpful, generous, and overall amazing host I have ever encountered. She made sure our stay was safe and enjoyable and made all of us (including our dog) feel very welcome. The floating boat is fun and comfy, equipped with everything we needed and more. I was a bit worried that at the end of November it would feel cold and damp inside and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the nice and warm house. Everything is very clean and well kept, the beds are comfy, and the hot tub in cold weather is bliss. The location is also very convenient, with numerous scenic routes and all the infrastructure nearby. Highly recommended!

"Just a perfect holiday"

Sara is an amazing host. She ist the best, really. She gave us every information what we asked or what we need. Even in the house was evertything what we can need during a vacation. Even a bottle of wine, juice and water for our dog. But also blankets, a very good equipment kitchen, bathroom and is was super clean. Sara cames two days to check our hot tub water, that gave us a safety comfort. The Marina is very lovely and quiet after 10 pm. Itt was just a perfect holiday thanks to Sara and the house.
