"Great location and a very comfortable base for exploring the area."

The owners and very friendly and helpful and the view from the lawn is great. Kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed.

The layout was a little unusual with a sofa at the end of the bed. Bedding ie. pillows and duvets could be better. A car is needed as it's quite a walk to either Piran or Portoroz.

Villa had a vey nice sea view from the garden. Front garden with a view was beautiful. Much better than pictures. Walk down to the old town from the villa was good I highly recommend it.
