We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The location couldn’t have been better — it’s within easy walking distance to grocery stores and just minutes from the city center, which made everything so convenient. Whether we wanted to explore downtown or quickly grab essentials, it was all right there. Host provided towels and soap, kitchenware also available. The highlight of our stay was definitely the view. It was absolutely stunning — outside of the window is covered in snow looked like something out of a postcard. Waking up to that scenery each morning was truly special. The place was also very easy to locate, with clear directions and no hassle upon arrival. Overall, a beautiful, convenient, and stress-free stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We did have a small issue with cold air coming in through the window, which made the room a bit chilly at first. However, the host responded immediately and fixed the problem right away. We really appreciated how quickly and efficiently it was handled — it made a big difference and showed great hospitality.

Sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof und zum Supermarkt und auch zum Zentrum war es nicht weit. Der Vermieter hat einen Heizlüfter bereit gestellt, weil die Heizung im Bad nicht ging.

Sehr einfache und ältere Ausstattung, hier müssten dringend Gegenstände ausgetauscht werden.(altes Besteck, Spiegelschrank, Geschirr, harte Holzstühle ohne Kissen) Leselampe ohne Steckdose Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen kein Geschirrhandtuch, Aufwaschlappen Betten waren durchgelegen Bilder sahen gut aus, Realität enttäuschte 😞

excelente ubicación, el estudio tiene lo necesario para que pases una buena estancia, sin olores raros, buena calefacción y mantas, cocina funcional para que puedas preparar alimentos, los enseres no son nuevos pero están en buen estado y funcionales.

la luces del edificio deberían de ser automáticas, riesgo de accidentes al ingresar con poca luz, no es un problema del estudio, es del edificio

Que fué un precio accesible en Rovaniemi

The location was great, the property was warm and clean and as advertised. Communication from landlord was timely and accurate. We would stay here again!

A spare blanket in the property would be a good idea. More than one kitchen knife, a pair of scissors, maybe another cloth and dishcloth for the kitchen.
