The apartment was very clean and if you want to stay in the city it’s a good option

The key for the apartment needs to collected near a restaurant which is bit far from the property, so, if you dont have a car its difficult to walk with a luggage and go. Also there is a designated parking for the apartment but absurdly that is charged

The house is nice and tidy, enough facilities. There are quite a lot food and seasoning in the kitchen for us to use. Same as the photos.

The location is not that near the city centre. It takes around 10 mins. When we are walking with our luggage, it will be a bit far away and we have to go to the restaurant for key taking first. It’s also a bit inconvenient. The room rate is too high :(

Good location, close to everything downtown. Safe, nice neighborhood.

Had to pay 10€ a day for parking.

Functional and great location.

Felt that even with an 8 and a 6 year old we could have done with a separate room (which is what we thought we had) as didn’t realise it was open plan.

Location was fab. Quiet apartment block with a little park outside for fun in the snow. 5 min walk to the shopping centre. Really warm apartment and very well equipped. We booked 2 apartments and put us next door which was great. Hosts quick to respond to questions.

We would have liked extra towels. It was a studio apartment not a one bedroom but this didn’t bother us.

A place of comfort and warmth in the winter cold, the apartment is in a clean, safe and modern building and is spacious and fully equipped. Even though we were only a party of two, the host was so kind as to set up the sofa bed for us as well, so we each had a big bed to ourselves! This was a cosy abode that we were really happy to come back to each night.

Host can take a long time to reply. A few days before our check-in, we asked about our check-in time and received no reply even up till one day before. We had to contact booking.com support for help. Although they were more prompt on our day of check-in, once we reached the restaurant where we were supposed to pick the keys up, we were wondering where our keys were as it had been more than 30 minutes since they said our apartment was ready, and there was no reply via booking.com, or WhatsApp. We only got the keys when the host suddenly turned up at the restaurant.

good location and price is good

Very very difficult to communicate with the property. I have tried many times, no reply.
