We stayed at the 3rd floor apartment. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. We also booked a garage. The access to the apartment is a bit tricky but Alex provided very clear instructions and we managed to find the building and the garage with no problems. The restaurant that Alex suggested was great and we had a lovely evening at the Plaza Mayor.

The location is perfect, and even being in the center of town, it’s easy to arrive and leave by car. Álex was very helpful and provided all the details we needed to be able to arrive and then park our car. The apartment we were in was spacious and comfortable. The balcony to Plaza Corrillo was great.

When reserving, it’s not clear that all the pictures shown are not of the apartment; some must be from the other apartment in the building; again, our apartment was just fine and comfortable, but it would be nice to know what to expect based on the photos (have them labeled as apartment 1 and 2, for example). The oven didn’t work, but maybe I was using it wrong; I mentioned it to Álex and he was quick to reply that he will look into how to fix it. The garage remote was missing when we arrived because the people staying at the other apartment must have taken it upon their arrival. Again, Álex immediately found a solution, but it added 20-30 minutes to our check-in process. I’m not sure if there could be a better way to provide the garage remote to the specific guests within each apartment, but it would be ideal so there are no issues. These are the minor inconveniences we experienced, but overall our stay was lovely and I would stay here again.

Location

The location was beyond expectations. Perfect for our 3 nights. All tourist attractions were easily accessible and very close. The host made himself available via phone and email throughout our stay with additional check-ins to ensure all was well and provided a tip on what to see for free. Washing machine included detergent wich is much appreciated when moving with lots of luggage. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee, and paper towels ( and biscuits). We appreciated the flexibility provided in allowing us to check in early ( as soon as the cleaner was finished). The plaza was outside the apartment with restaurants etc. No noise at night, a little noise during the day but no issue. Highly recommended and would return without hesitation.

It was perfect! The stairs are narrow but very much like all other apartments- not an issue for us but maybe for some.

Everything, we loved everything. From the moment we booked, Alex was super comunicative with everything from our arrival to arranging parking. The apartment is steps away from Plaza Mayor, many restaurants, and other conveniences. Our son was VERY excited to sleep up in the loft and the back bedroom was cozy. The layout is super spacious and has everything you would need for a Salamanca get away. While the plaza can get a bit noisy, the bedrooms are positioned so that it does not impact sleep. 100% recommend!

It is not that we disliked anything as everything was perfect. Just know that there are many stairs so it would not be ideal for someone for whom stairs are an issue.
