Prime Location - Awesome View -1 bedroom Apartment

Had everything I needed for a quick work trip!

Was a little difficult to actually get into the apartment and the surrounding block was not the safest for the free street parking. Was able to pay for parking in the garage which helped.

It was clean and had all basics one needs for a stay.

Too many homeless around the building.

Centrally located, and private

It’s near downtown so the unhoused are quite present

I was in town for a marathon event. The room was close to the start line and easily accessible.

The apartment is in the flight path of the San Diego Airport and so, the planes are loud upon landing and taking off. However, it appears that between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00/6:30 a.m., there is no flight plan traffic, so between that timeframe, it was quiet.

Its location was very handy for my purposes; it was secure and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful

Confortable

Homeless around (but really good located)

Super comfortable beds, great location close to the park and little Italy. No plane noise from about 11:30pm until around 7am. Don’t really notice the noise inside the apartment but earplugs are provided.

Lots of homeless people camping directly opposite the main gate. Wouldn’t call it an amazing view as the apartment literally looks at 3 homeless tents and about 6 homeless people but they didn’t cause any issues for us and the 3 coded doors/gates made us feel safe. Host mentioned free parking on the street, when I enquired, the host didn’t really have the knowledge on the area. After some exploring we realised this is limited to 3 spots directly opposite the property outside the boarded up building amongst all the homeless people (again didn’t cause any issues/damage).
