"Having dirty sheets on the bed ruined the experience. Otherwise it was pleasant."

The location was very convenient. Also, each room had air conditioners, so the temperature was pleasant. Sometimes this is an issue with places in Jerusalem.

The bedding was dirty and the building itself has very thin walls so you can hear everything . The neighbor below asked us not to wear shoes because she could hear us walking around.

Collecting the keys was a bit of an issue due to the Vooking.com application, the owner/operator could not processes the payment received from Booking.com and reached out to me personally for my credit card number. I needed to call Booking.com to verify this was a Legitimate request. Only after they answered me did I pass along the information though a 3rd party application and outside of booking.com. I was able to book this location within 2 hours of arriving after my prior booking.com booking also could not open and process the payment they Recive from Booking.com for a booking I made 9 months earlier. The booking.com application has a lot of problems and cause us a lot of angst. Be careful when using booking.com.
