The landlord did not let us know how to check in and the accommodation was not marked on the street, so we did not know what to do. Unfortunately the reviews were true. The room was stuffy, damp, cold and untidy. I was even afraid of bugs at night, fortunately they did not appear.

"The terrible smell of bed linen"

Location.

The owner did not speak English well, the cleaning lady was caught at the door, the towels were delivered late. It was dirty. The bed linen had not been changed for several days, it had a terrible smell.

Excellent value. Clean, quite and private. Right in the middle of the old town. The lady (the cleaner 👍🏻)welcoming me was lovely and friendly.

"Central location of the La Laguna historic centre."

Great central location, easy to find, all you need is part of the appartment. Host was friendly. Alright for a 1-2 night stay.

Nothing particular to complain about, everything was ok for our needs. More than 1-2 nights we'd look for something else.
