East Village City Center Luxury Apartment

The location was great and it was useful having the parking included.

None of the pictures hang straight and the sofa could do with updating as it looks very worn. But otherwise a nice property. Could also do with some oven trays!!!

The beds were very comfortable and very clean and they provided toiletries

The apartments were quite difficult to locate and the lift broke down

Lots of stairs and walking up to the apartment from the car park or ground floor

It’s in a good location and there are good restaurants on the doorstep

it was fine but I wouldn’t class it as luxury. Bathroom needs tidying up.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was very clean and tidy with a fully equipt kitchen. Communication on checking in and out with Clifford was great, there was some confusion with additional bedding which was rectified.

The building the apartment was in was very run down and had a terrible smell. The apartment also was tired and run down. It was very warm, unable to open windows as noisy outside. Thought it was very expensive for what it was.

Near the city centre, the assistant or caretaker is so accommodating.

The lift was broken,so my son with disabled is quite suffered . It took 2 days fixed.
