Labai šaltas butas, vaizdas, kaip 80 metų. Dušo kanalizacija užsikišusi, turėjau su plika ranka atkišti, kad neaplieti apatinių kaimynų. Ir eiti miegoti be dušo. Rankšluosčiai irgi ne pirmos jaunystės. O dušo ir toleto patalpoje kriauklė, tai visai neitema, dar tokios mažos nesu matęs, vos telpa rankas nusiplauti. Ant lovos šviesaus užtiesalo, dėmės ne aiškios kilmės.

Neatitiko nuotraukos realybės,nevertas nei kainos nei įvertinimo kurį turi.Bute nebuvo džiovintuvo,vonia smirdėjo pelėsiu,viena lova pastatyta virtuvėje,lovos lovatiese caro rūriko laikų,tokia turi būti tik konteineri su pagalvėlėmis.Viešnagė sugadinta
