Richmond Apartment

Great communication, prior to our stay. Lovely warm welcome on arrival, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but thank you for our fizz. The apartment was simply fantastic. We can’t wait to stay again. The beds were comfy, and the place was spotless.

It was central in the town centre lovely and clean good size bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very friendly and polite

2 of our friends had disturbed sleep with the takeaway playing loud music which is opposite which could do with addressing as this was both nights

Few maintenance issues need looking at

Location was great, bedrooms were not next to each other so no disturbance from other guests.

Only downfall was the road cleaner in his vehicle at 5am going up and down the street, woke everyone up, along with the bin men emptying the big bins full of bottles at the same time, from the bar under the apartment.

Central

Noisy all night till morning no double glazing. No hot water showers were cold. Taps not working on top level bathroom..door on toilet 1st level did not close properly. Fire door leading out to stairs didn’t fit properly either. Light on steep stairs didn’t go on till half way down 2nd stairs. Not great as it’s very dark. Bedding looked clean but had a smell and pillows had hair and need replacing as old.

Location was amazing, very easy to get anywhere you needed to go, and was clean and organised

Lovely apartment and very spacious. Exceptionally clean and well presented, perfect for our one night stay. Thank you.
