Fantastic, Frank's wife Elaine met us at the property and went through everything, which was lovely and very helpful. Apartment a great space, lovely and clean. Could not have asked for a better location, Liverpool is a great city.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Frank was great with communication and prompt with the security deposit after we left. They couldn't be more helpful or friendly his son met us at the apartment and gave us some great advice on places to visit. Will visit again.

Really friendly hosts. Waited at the apartment for us to arrive which due to traffic was a little late but didn’t seem a problem at all. Showed us around and how to work things. Really lovely place to stay right in the centre. Will definitely stay again. The mattress on the double bed is super super comfy and now I’m saving to buy one!! Thank you Frank & Elaine for a brilliant stay at your beautiful apartment xxx
