WOW this apartment was so big, the images on website don't do justice, the bathroom had really cool strobe lights which was so fun to shower in!! it had a full functioning kitchen, laundry everything you need, the hosts were so sweet and even gave us a thank you gift and wished us safe travels, the place was around the corner from the railway and down the road from main town, couldn't ask for a better location as we were traveling cinque terre during day and exploring la spezia at night.

the powercut out by using 3 power points at once and we had to turn the power back on constantly, but that's okay because its a new apartment in an old building.

This location is the guarantee of a pleasant stay in Spezia.

Casa Fiorella was a very practical, beautiful and comfortable stay. Very close to the train station, the house is modern, has everything one needs and the bathroom/shower is an extra plus! It is indeed better than the photos. Massimo was always reachable, friendly and provided a lot of hints and tips that were very helpful. We would definitely come back!

This apartment is in an older building which doesn't create the first best impression. Once inside, the apartment was warm and modern.
