Le petit appartement était très bien Mais quand on voit les photos on ne s’attend pas qu’il se trouve au rez de chaussée d’un immeuble de 8 étages vue sur une pleine de jeux Le parking il fait avoir de la chance pour trouver une place car c’est les habitants des immeubles qui se gare dans la rue qui n’est pas très grande et au alentour pas beaucoup de place libre non plus Attention l’appartement est proche de la gare +/- 20’ à pied mais c’est là la gare La Spezia Centrale il faut le savoir

It is a nice and comfortable apartment. Calm during the night. Marina who received me came to the train station to pick me up. The housekeepers are very kind and explained me everything.

Our vacation time spent in the IL PARCO apartment was great! Upon arrival, host Eva showed us everything about living in the apartment and then patiently explained all the tips and tricks, such as bus transportation to nearby towns with beaches or recommendations for restaurants, which we greatly appreciated. Eva was very friendly and helpful. There was nothing missing in terms of equipment in the apartment, the kitchen was fully equipped. The only thing we would have appreciated would have been a microwave, as some leftovers were difficult to heat up on the stove. Although the accommodation is further from the city center, it is located in a quiet area and there are bike sharing stations right next to it which came very handy and we used it every day. There is a supermarket about 7 minute walk from the apartment, which is also an advantage. Since the apartment is on the ground floor it also has a terrace with water source. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. We highly recommend! Thank you.
