Everything was wonderfull☺️Homeowner Fabio is very helpful,He took care of everything, met us on the road and helped us with everything.I will recommend it to everyone☺️ The location of the house was amazing,thank you very much for everything Fabio see you soon🙏☺️

Host was efficient and helpful, large well equipped apartment, very close to train station.

Was noisy at night, but expected in inner city.

The location near the train can’t be beat. We loved having the washing machine. The property manager was very nice. The renovated kitchen was pleasant.

Not having an elevator was a bit complicated with our stroller and large suitcases. The boiler made a lot of noise throughout the day and night. The street outside gets a little noisy at night.

Everything great! Spacious apartment with all facilities and a very dedicated host!

Very close to the train station to reach the Cinque Terre. Bigger inside than Expected. Fabio was excellent in assisting us with our luggage’s and finding a parking spot.

Very clean and homely. Fabio was a pleasure.

The neighbourhood, whilst handy to the train station, felt a little unsafe.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well maintained, fully functional, comfortable and convenient from a location point of view. The host was super nice. The room sizes and sleeping arrangements were good for a family of with teenage kids. Even though it was hot and humid the air-conditioning worked well. Would definitely stay again if I visit La Spezia.
