Nice location, spacious studio, well-equipped

The location of this unit is perfect, you can walk everywhere in Ljubljana! The host gave us clear instructions for the key lock box and we had no trouble finding the place! It literally was a 5 min walk to the bus station!! Everything worked fine in the apartment!

When we arrived the sink drain wasn't working and we were unaware of this until water was all over the floor! We notified the owner immediately but he didn't come until the 4th night of our stay. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink!

The only thing was great was the location. The rest was not. How did the airbnb still approves this kind of service? I paid €300 for 3 nights and wanted to have a good rest and good relaxation during my holiday and also to celebrate my birthday but everything was ruined. Can you please stop accepting guests if you’re apartment is untidy also your airconditioning is not hygienic. I am an asthmatic and I smell smoke in the room that has the same complaints since last year 2023. I was too late to read all those shitty complaints. I haven’t sleep since 3am and literally my body was tired and immediately in the morning we had to find ways and now I’ve chosen hotel so it gives us comfort.

I have so many things to write as I’m really upset about this stay. I asked the owner to give me a refund but he insisted to give me another apartment but it sounds traumatic for me. 1.) Key is not working well when you enter the main entrance 2.) A/C smells smoke and the owner was complaining it that it was the other guests who did it (another lie) 3.) The dishwasher was not emptied (owner was complaining it again that it was from the other guests and they checked out at 11 and he also said it was our fault we didnt put our time of checkin) 4.) The towels are clearly dirty (you can see it in the attached photos) 5.) The owner responds late when we had trouble getting in to the apartment and my boyfriend was already mad 6.) There’s a balcony but its not good to use as theirs no pillow and its full of iron 7.) Toilet’s sink is clogged and its really dirty This is the first time ever I encountered a host/ apartment like this. I have been travelling a lot and wanted to stay in an apartment/airbnb so we could use the kitchen for cooking. I am reaching the airbnb company to stop this apartment from accepting guests! It’s very traumatic!!!

Excellent location close to old town/ train-bus station/ downtown car rental pick-up. Situated on high floor with lift. Washing machine with washing powder provided. A small hanging rack installed in the balcony. Cooking oil provided.

Cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. - pot and eating utensils are not clean enough - hood is not working. Room gets Smokey when I cook chicken wing and I have to open the balcony door for ventilation. - cockroach was seen in the balcony at 8:30pm when I go out hanging clothes. Also found water dripping from A/C which will wet some of the hanging clothes. - chairs in balcony get ironised, which is better removed/replaced. - washing machine with condensed water (suggestion: don’t close the lid right after washing procedure completed for better maintenance) - door handle loosen and fell off. ( though I can fix it with screwdriver provided) - fridge is full of frost which I can’t even put a 1.5L coke inside. I have to first remove all the frost upon arrival which it is out of my expectation.
