Location to old town very good. Apartment was good, had everything we needed. Very happy for the aircon.

Apartment was good but the building is odd. Glad we arrived during the day as it would be creepy.

Great location, free parking right in front of the accommodation, very friendly staff, and comfortable, spacious accommodation.

Everything was great.

The cleaners do a good job. But that's all.

It was one of the worst stays ever. The equipment was super cheap and unusable. The bed and the couch was something you throw onto the skip. You can't sit on the couch as it was completely worn out. The same with the bed. The owner did not understand at all that you need to do some maintenance to be professional. Some things just needed a screw driver like a loose toilette seat , the toilette roll hanger and the back of the chair. Everything was old Ikea like the curtains which you just had to yank around as it was no more then a super cheap sheet of textile. You could even see different shades of paint on the wall. The top of the stairs is a health hazard as it has a 10mm step. All due to very poor maintenance and trying to save by buying the cheapest equipment which is not made for professional letting. We had to leave earlier due to back pain and not being able to sleep. We had to pay for another booking into a hotel and the owner showed no understanding and did not apologise with any refund. Although the offered stay was not fit for purpose. The price of 120 euros a night was severely overpriced for such poor equipment and maintenance offered. It was also described as being luxurious due to having a whirlpool which was also in a very poor condition and situated next to the bed. Our room (Wood) is 1metre opposite of the reception desk. We heard every guests arrival & departure at all times of the day & night. Outside the door was an old coffee machine on its last legs and it was so noisy during the night which did not help for any sleep. The list can go on and on and I also have photos to show it. I can only say that the owner is a money grabbing person and likes to not pay for anything that could make the stay a more comfortable and happier stay. We were also double punished as our flight was delayed on arrival. We had to pay another 10 euros to collect keys.
