Ricciardi House

Was as advertised as per the pictures.

Very tight spaces, although the sleeping quarters were for 8, the dining room is more for 5/6. If you have any form of claustrophobia, the bedroom bathroom is insanely tight and you likely won’t use it. The bathroom doors don’t lock and although a key was brought, it didn’t actually lock the door. The host promised to email me a receipt for the cash I left for the tourist tax, and never did.

The apartment was spacious with towels provided.

The directions for keys have been provided into Whatsup, which was previously not indicated. I asked before the trip, about parking possibilites and was assured there is sufficient parking - which was untrue. The apartment is in an building with many residents, there are very few publicly avialable parking spaces and all of them constantly filled. Even if parking space would be free, there is the need to buy a ticket which increases the cost of accomodation ( 2 cars, 3 days). The apartment kitchen was missing a lot of utensils in order to be able to cook some meal.

Ricciardi house was clean,comfortable and in a good location with bus transportation nearby or a good walk into town.

Very spacious, 3 bedroom apartment. The owner was a great help advising on bus times and where to eat in both La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Very responsive on WhatsApp. La Spezia is a lovely town with easy access to Cinque Terre. Bus stop to train station only 50m from apartment door👍 Even managed to spot a couple of celebrities!!!

Very nice apartment! Close to the port.

Not all rooms had mosquito nets, but in this period there were not many mosquitos.
