The host was great, had a hiccup with the washing machine and Anna came and sorted it out straight away. She was friendly and so easy to deal with. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The apartment was so close to the train station

Nothing, it was great, however, the stairs to the apartment could be challenging to some people.

"Lovely accommodation, excellent host"

The property is well located and instructions given from the train station were excellent but Anna, our host, also met us at the end of the road. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Anna is very pleasant and gave us plenty of information about the local area and suggestions for places to eat. If you want to eat in the apartment there are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again when in La Spezia.

Excellent flat: good size, excellent equipment (cups, plates, coffee machine etc), superb host - gives all information, maps, helps with parking, traveling tips.
