Die Unterkunft war geräumig und hell und modern eingerichtet. Zwei Fahrräder standen lustigerweise in der ebenerdigen Unterkunft und konnten genutzt werden. Super Idee!

Eine Belüftung des Zimmers in der Nacht war nur durch die Klimaanlage möglich. Ich würde die Unterkunft trotzdem sehr empfehlen!

Lokacija nam je odgovarala, apartman je vrlo ugodan i dobro opremljen, bilo je čisto, sve u svemu super.

Imali smo problem sa ulaskom u apartman, u mail-u smo dobili krivu šifru, a broj mobitela koji je bio naveden u mail-u za hitne slučajeve bio je isključen. Bilo je kasno navečer i bili smo umorni pa smo prespavali u autu. Drugi dan ujutro mobitel je još uvijek bio isključen i nitko nam se nije javljao, a poslali smo i poruku. Uspjeli smo naći agenciju na internetu i dobiti nekoga na drugi kontakt broj. Ponudili su nam da produžimo još jednu noć, tražili smo povrat ukupnog iznosa (za 3 noći), ali rekli su nam da ne može i ponudili dodatne dvije noći u apartmanu. Mislim da nije problem da se dogodi greška, samo bi trebalo biti moguće nekoga dobiti na hitni telefon. Također s obzirom na ovakvu situaciju mislim da bi morala postojati mogućnost povrata novca. Ne znam što bi bilo da nismo mogli ostati dodatne dvije noći u apartmanu.

The atmosphere of the apartment is unique with smart and cozy furniture and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts are very helpful and kind.

Great apartment. The washing machine and dryer were useful for us since it was hot during our stay. The place is located a short bus ride away from the city centre (and walking is possible - 20-30min).

The pillows were more flat that what we are used to but that might just be us. We also found that the ventilation in the apartment was rather absent - steam from showers didn't really go anywhere and made the place more humid than it probably could've been.

Very nice and cozy, liked the library and the fully equiped kitchen.

Pay more attention to cleaning - dust, hairs. It is very hard to let some air in.

The location. It was close to our friends that we visited.

The customer service was terrible. There was a WhatsApp chat which was created dedicated for us by the owner to be able to text if we have any questions. It was really slow or no answer. There was an emergency call that the owner did not pick up. Finally a text message for this phone number helped sometimes. We had to wait few hours for the hot water. We had to first switch on the boiler. We had to text to the the owner to get this information. We got wrong WIFI network name and password in the welcome email. The lamp burnt out in the bathroom. We have never got solution or communication for that, when we wrote it. We asked baby bath tub for our baby when we booked the apartment, but no answer for this booking.com message and there was no baby tub in the apartment. The furnitures were full with dust.

Not good for an almost 100€ per night stay. 1. Linings are old and smells bad, seems they didn’t wash it before my check in. 2. Not secure of personal information. Hotel asked to upload my passport and credit card photo to an third party website, besides Booking, otherwise they can’t confirm the stay. Hotel should state this clear in Booking, so someone who don’t trust this kind of website can avoid this , or Hotel at least info me earlier while I can cancel the booking free.Unfortunately the Hotel send me a message 12hour earlier before the checkin time, leaves me no choice but to upload my private information to some unknown website 😒 (Why can’t you just collect all information you need from Booking at one time?) 3. Only cash for city fees(3.19€per night) and no change. you have to prepare the cash/coins by yourself and leave it in the apartment. I have to left €10 for 3nights stay. If the Hotel can take card or online payment it’s better.
