We loved everything about the property. Robert and Annie have been very thoughtful in regards to the provisions in the apartment, making our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom — especially the bathtub — was spectacular. There were so many positives, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

There were about 2 staircases, but this was not a problem for us — in fact, the kids loved it! My younger one went up and down so many times and eventually fell asleep. 🙂

Het huis is ruim, veel lichtinval en een fijne woonkamer om te zitten en eten. De slaapkamers zijn allemaal prima en ook de badkamer erg mooi ruim. Ook de ligging is super aan een rustige straat, maar toch op loopafstand van het centrum en de pier (zo’n 15 minuten).

Niks dat niet beviel! Het parkeren in de straat zelf kan soms wat lastig zijn, maar in een straat ernaast of tegenover is eigenlijk altijd wel een plekje te vinden.

Great communication from the owner Annie. The apartment is excellent, spacious with lovely furniture and facilities, and spotlessly clean.Kitchen and bathroom facilities had everything we needed plus extra touches left wine, welsh cakes, milk and teabags. Plenty of toys and board games for the children. All the beds were very comfortable. Good quality bedding and towels. Beach and outdoor pool 5 mins walk away. Local shops for provisions. 15 minutes walk to central Llandudno. Absolutely recommend a stay at Victoria 24 . Recommend the tram up to the great orme. The beach is lovely. Plenty of lovely cafes, shops and walks. We will be returning .

We've just returned from a stay at this incredible apartment and honestly, it’s one of the best places we’ve ever booked. It genuinely feels like a home from home, with every detail thought through to make you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you walk in. There was even a lovely plaque welcoming our family, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is spread over two spacious floors, giving it a lovely open feel. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch, filled with gorgeous treats that really set the tone for the stay. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. From dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid to cleaning products and handwash (smells amazing!), it’s all there. The coffee machine deserves a special mention too – a real treat to start the day with different flavours to choose from (Were definitely going to miss this). The main bathroom is beautiful, with his and hers sinks and a sheep-shaped toilet roll holder that made us smile every time we walked in 😃. It’s those quirky little touches that really make a place stand out. There’s also a great selection of family games and toys for younger children which is such a bonus if you’re travelling with little ones. The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the duvets are so soft and cosy we didn’t want to get up in the mornings (LITERALLY!). We were initially a bit worried about parking, but there was absolutely no problem and we always got a spot by the apartment. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the pier, which we found to be a lovely stroll on a sunny day. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and after letting Annie know, we had a call straight away and it was sorted within a few hours. It just shows how amazing Robert and Annie are as hosts as couldn't ask for more! Nothing is too much trouble and it’s clear they really care about their guests. We’re already looking at dates to come back next year.

Leaving to come home!

We had a great time in victoria 24 accommodation, we had our own space in that accommodation without any sort of disturbances ., we really liked the environment and I would highly recommend to get the accommodation from them , Annie was so kind to us. If I go again to visit llanduduno with group of friends, I would prefer to stay there again., the facility we got there was like a home., we didn't have any sort of interruptions or issues there., we had our best time there ,.

The accommodation was 1st class and excellent value for money.So clean and fresh and some nice little touches ie bottle of wine,biscuits, Milk in the fridge,coffee and tea bags.Thankyou.

We have been staying every year for the past five years. Anne has always been great if we need anything. There are toys for the kids, board games and DVDs so plenty to entertain everyone. A two minute walk to the sea front. The apartment is always clean with lots of little extras.
