The Maureen Suite

Carl the owner was waiting for us on arrival. Gave us the grand tour.. Had left us toiletries, a bowl of frui and fresh milk, and topped this off with a bottle of prosecco. He also arranged for us to a private parking spot off road only 15 ytards from the front door. What ore could you want.

The Maureen Suite is a self contained unit with one bedroom and a relatively large living room facing the street. It is a 2 minute walk from the seafront. It has a sofa, table and armchair and also a table for two by the window. The kitchen unit as part of the lounge has everything you would want, fridge, freezer compartment, kettle etc and all the utensils seemed new and very clean. There is also an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The host was very friendly and welcoming and helped us with our bags from the car. He recommended the Snowdon pub literally a 3 minute walk away, it was great, they serve ‘little’ dishes as well as full meals, we can thoroughly recommend it, although orders for food need to be in by 1845. The Blue Elephant served a decent curry. We were very pleased with the accommodation and we’d like to return, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, top marks!

A couple of hooks behind the front door to hang damp coats and fleeces would be useful.

The property was just perfect for our 4 day stay in Llandudno. Great location, well equipped and clean property. The added bonus of a car parking space too. Carl met us on arrival with our keys and was very helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend. We will be returning.

An actual oven would have been helpful but it was fine for a few days.

Beautiful place in an excellent location, they were very accommodating, we were able to take the dog with us.

We enjoyed it all

Carl is a delight to deal with, very accommodating with our arrival time and very pleasant. The apartment is very boutique in style and very comfortable. It is in a perfect position and the added bonus of a parking space was brilliant for us. Our dog, Nelly knew where was staying (we have stayed previously) and quickly jumped up the entrance steps to quickly get and reacquainted herself! The apartment is well-equipped with a small kitchen space. Comfortable bed and furniture. Well appointed plug sockets -always handing for hairstyling! 😀 All areas are very clean. The weather was very warm during our stay but with windows opened the breeze flowed nicely through to keep us and Nelly cool. Thank you , Carl for opening them in advance!! Fabulous stay - would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

A bigger bed and we couldn't work the grill which was a microwave even after reading the instructions.
