Perfect location, one street back from Prom/Pier Met by the owner, Carl, who was a lovely chap. Allocated parking space - great bonus! Apartment was perfectly formed - well equipped kitchen area. Great WiFi. Lovely bay window to sit in & watch the world go by! Good, easy to use electric shower with toiletries provided (& hairdryer) Nice towels. Bed super comfy with cosy, soft bedding. Pillows good All in all a great stay & will definitely be back Thanks Carl!

The steps up to front door of property were a little steep. Ok for us (though our girl dog preferred to be carried!) but anyone with mobility issues would struggle possibly

Lovely property, great location

The flat felt very welcoming, lovely light from the bay window and watching passers by over a cup of tea. We loved the welcoming pack of fresh fruit and a little bottle of milk. Carl, the host, was super welcoming and incredibly responsive with the 2 issues that arose at the beginning of our short stay. When the broadband stopped working, he fixed it within the hour! When told the extractor fan made worrying noises, again, Carl was round quickly to check and advise turning power off for safety reasons until he could get an electrician round. Couldn't ask for a more helpful or apologetic host

As a person with a dodgy knee, I found the steep steps to front door a bit difficult and felt the handrail should be higher up, especially if you are taller than me at 5' 2'! I'm not a fan of bathrooms and toilets with no windows so the problem with the extractor fan and not being able to use it wasn't what we'd have chosen... I would recommend the provision of a chair or something in the bedroom where you could put your clothes at the end of the day. And in winter, I would have liked to have had the central heating on earlier than 8am and before 6 - 10pm. (We didn't figure out how to get the additional fireplace heater working until the 2nd day but we don't like the drying effect of fan heaters so didn't put it on very for long).

The decor, how clean it was, and how close it was from the heart of Llandudno. Everything is walking distance from the property. There is plenty of choice to eat out and also a convenience Sainsbury's shop 5 minutes walk from accommodation.

Everything was perfect. Maybe bigger bath towels, but being very picky.

Fantastic host, everything you could need in the apartment. Lovely little touchs of milk coffee tea and sugar left for us. Fresh fruit and a bottle of prosecco. Will definitely be returning

Gorgeous apartment,you won’t be disappointed, does have steps going into the apartment, which we didn’t find a problem, parking available The apartment has everything you need , We will definitely be staying again

only complaint the bed was to small we thought it was a king

Couldn't have been closer to everything you need ,lovely two day break with my mum ,would recommend without reservation.
