Marinos Studios at Lourdata village

The owner of property was very helpful as we arrived 2hrs before check in time and allowed us to check in .

Lovely friendly hosts. Very good value for money. Beautiful views Basic studio accommodation but all we needed. Sheets and towels changed every 3 days

You need to be reasonably fit to trek up and down hill to beach...about a 10 -15 min walk back up, depending on heat and amount of wine drink!

I had an absolutely amazing time! My apartment was spacious and calm. The balcony had a really nice view. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come again!

The location is great!

-Owner never responded to any messages or calls prior to and when I arrived in Kefalonia When I arrived at the apartments, the husband of the owner saw me, grunted, used a shew off hand gester and continued to look away. I was left outside for 2 hours until midnight  -When Alefteria arrived at the apartment she said she was at work and couldnt answer  so what do I want her to do about it! -I was verbally attacked and harrased by Alefteria who became agressive towards me when I told her that leaving a guest outside of the property for 2 hours and not returning my calls was unacceptable. It was a frightening experience and I thought that I would have to sleep outside for the night. -  She began to speak over me and continued to talk through what she wanted to tell me about the room. I politely said I will be fine it is best if we speak in the morning however  when I tried to end the conversation and said it was late she put her feet at my door to try and stop me and began to speak to me in an agressive manner. - I made it clear because of her agressive behaviour I will be leaving her property that's when she became more agressive. She then shouted back I AM NOT RUDE. - I did not sleep that night because I was that upset and felt very uncomfortable in the Marinos studios - In the morning she tried to deny that she was agressive and took no accountability even though she was heard across the property by a number of guests who spoke to me the following day to see if I was ok. - I made a formal complaint about the property, left and went to a much better property up the road. Alefteria should never work in a business where her job is to provide an environment where it feels like home.

No soap or any shampoo , just a tiny amount of dish soap as it matters to them to get the dishes cleaned. Tiny bathroom, out of date Sunny balcony without tents
