Casa Kaki - Eco friendly Apartments with Parking & Private Courtyard

The people that own/manage the property are outstanding. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Raimondo waited for us at the property when we arrived, helped carry our luggages, accompanied my husband to the parking area, and helped with all that when we checked out. Location is perfect! We rented two apartments and both were immaculate and well equipped. The courtyard is gorgeous with a beautiful kaki tree in the middle.

Perfect location, 3 minutes from the bus stop, 4 minutes from the harbour, 5 minutes from the beach - yet it felt quiet and removed from the touristy bits. The rooms are cool and quiet. It feels like old-timey Italy with modern amenities. Raimondo was friendly and welcoming - and easy to contact. We will definitely stay again our next time in Malcesine.

We were traveling with our 3 small children and my parents also rented a separate room. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The courtyard was a very beautiful and relaxing place to spend time. Raimondo went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even helped with the luggage. The extra amenities, including washing and water filling station were very convenient. It felt like a home away from home. Easy to access sights around Malcesine, even for little legs. Highly recommend!!

Needs a microwave

Raimondo and his sweet wife and adorable son Leo were incredibly helpful and responsive. They helped us park the car and take our luggage in, and she helped me carry our luggage out to the car when we left. The property was clean and convenient. A great location for a wonderful little getaway. We hope to be back again!

We were satisfied with everything. Malcesine amazing place that has Genius loci. The accommodation (casa) fits beautifully into the beautiful historical environment. Everything was stylishly prepared and de facto digitally prepared according to the owner's instructions at the welcome.

There is nothing I can fault about the local policies.

Excellent position in beautiful Malcesine on stunning Lake Garda. Exceptionally hospitable hosts who offered loads of information to enhance our stay. Tasteful interiors, great laundry facilities.

We were hoping to cook for ourselves as we had been on the road for 7 weeks. We found few kitchen utensils, chopping boards, pans etc and no oven. However it was quite ok to prepare breakfast there.

Wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. Close to everything. Our hosts were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely return if here again.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left it was excellent in every way. Ester, the owner, was prompt at communicating with us. The kitchen was awesome, beds, bathroom, great location!! Great security!! Definitely recommend this apartment!
