Perfect location. Big appartment. Bakcony with magnificent view over the lake and mountains. Very helpful and friendly host.

Eigentümer ist sehr nett und kann sehr gut Deutsch. Koffer werden von der Garage zur Unterkunft gebracht und am Abreisetag wieder zurück. Die Lage inmitten von Malcesine ist natürlich Italien pur, mehr geht nicht. Klimaanlage im Vorraum und im Schlafzimmer haben perfekt gekühlt. Pool zum abkühlen an besonders heißen Tagen bestens geeignet. Für alle die frühzeitig zu Bett gehen, ist diese Unterkunft nicht so das Richtige, es kann schon mal bis Mitternacht richtig laut werden. Restaurants überall in kurzer Laufdistanz. Die Da Pedro Pizzeria verlangt kein Coperto und das Essen ist auch sehr gut.

Paar Dinge, wie die rostigen Dachfenster gehören mal ausgetauscht, ansonsten hat die Wohnung einfach italienischen Charme. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Alles was vernieuwd, handige keuken (met vaatwasser, oven, microgolf,...),fijne douche, gebruik maken van het zwembad, privé parking, heel vriendelijke eigenaar waarvoor niets teveel is. Alles ligt dichtbij.

Wifi was niet zo goed, viel regelmatig weg. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum wat een groot voordeel is omdat alles in de buurt is. Deze keer was er alleen erg veel nachtlawaai van het café tegenover appartement 2. Het appartement is gehorig omwille van het oude gebouw.

We were met and shown around by the host, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We got our car parked in the garage and luggage delivered to the property.

Loved being met by host he was fab - met us and after parking car drove luggage to our apartment its wasn’t far but was warm and a lovely gesture. He showed us around and explained where things were and off he went ! Lovely bloke and we were pleased with apartment - Clean / everything we needed / loved balcony and table area above the streets. Location is fabulous right in centre of old town / 5 mins to ferry / 5 mins to castle / 5 mins to swimming in lake ! / minute to restaurants and bars ! We will be back ! Thanks

Nothing all good - washing machine would be useful but for short stay not needed

First impression of Cresotti was really nice! He was at the bus station waiting for me and showed me all the necessary places and things on our way to the apartment. Loved the location, short walk to everywhere. Super clean and quiet even if it’s located in the middle of Malcesine center/old town. I assume that the apartment was recently renovated, because everything was nice and shiny. There was no pool, but quests can use the one in other apartments owned by Cressotti. He even let me keep my stuff at the apartment until afternoon and take a shower after the beach before I moved ahead. Highly recommended and definetly coming back next year!

The only thing I did not like was that there was no balcony.

The service from Constantino was excellent as he collected us from bus station. He took one of our heavy suitcases up the stairs to the apartment, offering to take my husbands afterwards, but he declined. So having no lift is not a problem. The apartment was like staying in your Nona's home from the 90's, but in a really good way. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a lengthy stay, including extra towels etc. The location was superb. Only 30m to the nearest (pleasant) bar and 100m to the old port. The views from the terrace were magical. Sadly, it was too hot for us to enjoy as much as we would have liked. We will be visiting earlier next year.

Apartment was right in the middle of the action of Malcesine. Easy walk to all essentials ie ferries,bank,restaurants and supermarkets. The host was amazing. Helping us with our luggage at check-in and check out.

Only thing missing was a washing machine in the apartment.

Loved the central location and the cleanliness of the apartment. The pool was lovely and quiet in a nice location. The beds were very comfy. We had a balcony with great views of the lake, mountains and the street below. The owner of the apartments was very helpful,took our cases to and from the apartment, and up and down the stairs.

The only way of shutting the main door to the apartments was to slam it, this happened very early in the morning most days and woke us up. The kitchen sink is low and awkward to use.
