Very nice location and the rooms are good

I loved the stay. It was homely and very comfortable. It has all basic kitchen amenities and utensils to do cooking. It perfect stay when u r travelling with baby or a toddler.

Rooms Shud get cleaned everyday. Brooming and mopping is essential. instead of 3 days it Shud be done daily.

Our family stayed at Aikya Apartment for 3 days, and we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The service and hospitality were truly top-notch, and the staff were very supportive and responsive. We especially appreciated the security around the apartment, which made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and felt just like home. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

Utensils and other cooking support, clean property

It’s not homestay, rather a serviced apartment. There is key difference between two. Location is deep inside with not much of transport unless one has their own. Rude caretakers
