1. Toiletries: 2 toilets with just 1 toilet roll of poor quality for a family of 5 staying for 4 nights. 2. Heating: no air conditioning or heating during the entire stay. The temperature falls to 4/5 degree C at night; without heating the stay was very challenging. 3. Bed and sofa quality: extremely poor quality which not only sinks and it also makes very loud sound when getting on or off and when rolling over on the bed. This led to backaches and terrible sleep during the entire holiday. 4. Noise insulation: walls are terribly noise insulated. Noises from next door, corridor, upstairs and from outside makes it very challenging to sleep. 5. Rudeness of the host: on arriving at the property we called and informed the malfunctioning aircon / heating. The excuse was given that it stopped working 1 week before our arrival and that no heating could be provided on that evening. When discussing solutions, we emphasised the poor service to which the host hung up and finished the call abruptly. With no response on messaging or calling further, this is unacceptable behaviour in any country. 6. Booking states daily cleaning though no cleaner ever was sent to clean the property during our entire stay. Such wrong information should be corrected by booking.com on the property details.
GBThe two bathrooms were great and access to the internet and on the TV too was great. The balcony was lovely to sit on every morning. The space was lovely and good value for money and those black out blinds were incredible.
They did have air conditioning but it was incredibly loud unfortunately. Sadly some of the power outlets by the beds weren't working but there were plenty around. The internet connection didn't reach the far room, but thats only a small peeve. And we did struggle to get the shower to much hotter than slightly warm. But these are just small issues that could be easily rectified.
GBGood location short can ride to the main bazaar areas. Apartment has good facilities and was nice and clean. Helpful staff, for the price was good value for money

It was quite hard to locate since the title in the booking site didn't correspond with the sign in the building. Also we found a cockroach alive in the bathroom.finally the pool was dirty.

GBLovely clean apartment, air conditioning and the swimming pool were essential for escaping Marrakech heat in summer. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Close to centre of Gueliz, plenty of options to eat and shop. Walking distance to jemma el fina and attractions.
