Nice big spacious place with a bathtub and hot water.

Completely different location as shown on booking.com maps. Not worth the price whatsoever. I was expecting to stay exactly where it shows in the map’s picture on booking.com but this is not the case. It seems like a marketing strategy to me as once the apartment has been fully paid for, it’s even more headache to get a refund and your stranded trying to look for a place in the location you actually wanted so you end up sticking with your booking.
