Casa Adalcina (casa d'avó)

The lady, dona Aldacina, was wonderful. Very aware of us and always ready to help.

The photos DO NOT MATCH the place. They have taken photos of two places and allocate you to one of them. We got the one downstairs, a sort of cave studio with the tiniest window ever and a door to a SHARED garden. The room has almost no natural light and the lamps make it look like a hospital room, very cold light. The photos are completely misleading, would not rent again. The bed was very uncomfortable. Small for two and not leveled on one of the sides.

The host was very friendly and the place was super clean. Despite being very hot, the place was had air conditioning, which helped a lot, since it was over 40ºC outside. Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights with the family and visit the surroundings.

It would help if it had WiFi, since this could allow us to stay a little bit longer and work remotely. Otherwise, all good!

the only thing that was positive: it had a small pellets boiler, even if it was extremely noisy!

Property quality was extremely low for the price, only 1 open space with curtains to divide beds. Very hard mattress. Didn't had shower gel or shampoo, also the same with samples of coffee, sugar or tea. They got the room wrong: they assigned us another one with superior quality and after we had settled in and enjoyed it, they came to tell us that we had to leave because the couple who had rented it wanted to come in! Then they sent us to this one, without any comfort or compensation! I practically couldn't sleep due to the noise of the pellet boiler that I had to leave on because of the cold.

The small town was nice, very quiet. The apartment has everything needed.

It was too hot and we couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioning. The door of the toilet was a bit weird. I got stuck for about 10 minutes and my partner had to open it from outside.
