The place is advertised as incredible, which isn’t. It says that is a private apartment and it’s not, it’s basically a building with rooms that have their own bathroom and kitchenette. You can hear and smell what the person next door is doing, cooking, etc There’s a set of rules one is supposed to follow but the people who live there don’t. They were loud, had noise after midnight and I couldn’t rest. I actually left the place the next morning. There’s photos in the app that aren’t realistic. It shows something the apartment isn’t. The toilet is too small, the paint is chipping from places, the shower was dirty and moldy, the bed sheets full of dust bunnies. How is this incredible? Not at all. There’s no food stands nearby, during nighttime no place writhing walking distance to buy local food there are only chain restaurants and not great ones. I really did not like it and did not appreciate being lied to about the place. I thought it was gonna be great because of the reviews but it was all lies. Glad I took pictures.

Probably one of the top depos in MTY - no trouble, had everything available to me. Shower was awesome. If you're taller than 6'1 you may need to sit oddly on the toilet but i found that funny. It's a great use of space

Well, if you're new to Monterrey - you're literally closer to the Gulf of Mexico. But a 35-50 min bus ride was fine. The checkout time listed is the earliest I've ever seen on this app - but the airport is right there. A motion detector turns on a light at the slightest hesitation.
