Good location, spacious, parking space and restaurants nearby.

Check in delayed due to security guard couldn’t find keys while was talking on phone.

The appartement was properly equipped with kitchen utensils and everything worked ok. When the main AC broke they send someone to fix it a day later. Location is good: Walmart Express nearby, quit, nice, clean, secure several restaurants, parking lot etc.

I paid for a house with 90m² and a great view and got an appartment with a "stunning" wall to look at that was only 60m². Booking refuses to even communicate about a refund. Payment via Booking did not proceed so I had to go to an external side. My partner (who is a local) had problems of getting the adress and the keys prior to checking in. They refused to provide a late checkin at 01 in the morning (my flight got postponed) and would not have let me in so my partner had to rescedual the appointements. Business Center and coworking not usable since the ACs there do neither work nor get fixed though we reported that. AC in the gym is far too weak to have a proper cooling effect so be prepared for a sauna exercise. The wifi speed was ok but the ping with about 50-100ms rather poor.

The building location, the facilities to access the apartment (electric stairways and elevator not working), the guards where some of the rudest I've ever encountered, most complicated access ever, none of the doors but the entrance door closed so we were grated with a boiling hot and dusty apartment because the balcony was wide open, only 1 air conditioner worked properly (bedroom) but bedroom wouldn't close so we had to use our bags to kind of close the doors. We moved the balcony furniture to hold the door closed and the dining room chairs to hold the bathroom doors to try and get some AC air locked in. Bed was wobbly, weak and uncomfortable.
