"Booked a unit with 3 rooms. Moved us and then again to give to other people. Paid for a 3 bedroom house got a 2 bedroom"

Backup power Clean sheets

The pool looks nothing like it is on the pictures, the marble light has came off in some areas the pool is concrete They didn't answer their phones The signage to the property is non existent When we complaint about the pool and voiced our option we were almost kicked out of the property The "I don't care" attitude from the male owner was atrocious. He didn't care that the pool is not a good swimming condition The steps in the Juilan Room 1 really need to be re-evaluated someone will get really hurt
