Very homey, nice surrounding, easily beat staying in a hotel.

I loved to see the kitchen well equipped!!! Usually i have to ask for basics like salt or oil. Not in "mulberry Tree" 😊 Frances took care of everything! Including eggs, milk, 3 types of cheeses, butter, cookies, jam, honey and much more. it's not taken for granted.

Because its a housing unit it was bit noisy, you can hear people passing by and the owners house activities.

The room was perfect and the technical issues of coming and going worked perfectly too.

Our only small disappointment was that the photographs of the property gave us a sense that there was more open space connected to the apartment. In the end all we had access to was a relatively small porch/entrance

Great place with two full bathrooms and a convenient bed.

There was an issue with the hot water in the morning but hosts made an effort to resolve it.

Clean, quiet, well-stocked, pleasant and helpful host.

While parking is free, getting in and out of the driveway can be challenging, if there are a few cars.

The location, cleanliness and hosting were perfect. So was the shower. The simplicity and comfort made us feel being in a home away from home.

A fan would be helpful.
