great modern facilities and wonderful sea view. Good kitchenette facilities inc coffee machine and welcome pack. hot tub and sauna wonderful. high standard of accommodation nestled into hillside with good parking. handy location for climbing and quiet as out of town with great showers. Ideal spot if you needed to bring your pet.

bedding was hot and sticky. quite an uphill walk out of town so may not suit those with limited mobility as hot tub and sauna up steps. best suited to a couple at the moment as additional sofabed might not suit everyone as limited privacy..

The house was second to none... No expense spared. Absolutely stunning indoors and outdoors.

There were 4 girls away for a birthday night on a Friday night. We were really enjoying ourselves had a little speaker going while we were in the hot tub but the owners son came out at 11.10pm to tell us would be probably best if we went inside now as they have neighbours close by and we were reminded we needed to be out by 11am the next morning in the same conversation.

Stunning views overlooking the sea. Outside garden area is beautifully designed and the hot tub is perfect in the evenings. The bedroom is stunning and has some beautiful sea views. The owner was on holiday during our stay, so we had the place to ourselves, but Becca was lovely and very accommodating. Regular contact throughout our stay when needed. For the price, it was more than value for money. We pretty much stayed in the apartment throughout our stay but Newcastle main highstreet is a short walk or car journey if you wanted to venture out to the shops or beach. A great place for a quiet time away with plenty of chairs, loungers etc. to relax. 100% would book again. This place will only get better and you are spoiled for choice with the facilities there.

Front gate was not operational, so had to do my best to block our side of the gate with the car to stop the dog from getting out. Our dog had to stay in the harness and long lead most of the stay which wasn't ideal during this heatwave. Front gate caused most of the issues with our stay, unfortunately. Next door neighbour was very rude and came into the property and garden area twice to complain about my car being parked in front of our side of the gate (not on or blocking their property). Once the gate is working, the property should be safe for dogs and will stop people walking in who shouldn't be there. A workman arrived on day 2 to sort some things in the main property which we were unaware of. I would say a bit of notice would be appreciated if this was pre-planned cos it caused the neighbour to complain again and we couldn't really relax due to the workman walking around the garden area. He was lovely though. The apartment gets extremely warm when the weather is good, so recommend you bring a fan with you to add bit of airflow. Your options are to leave the front door or bedroom sliding doors open to let some air in, but this proved difficult for us cos of the gate not working and the risk of the dog getting out.

Everything was just perfect, the weather was beautiful which made the views stunning, hot tub and sauna were amazing and inside the apartment was clean and finished to a high standard with everything needed

There was nothing that we didn’t like
