BEACHFRONT COTTAGE UPPER UNIT

The location was perfect. It was large and you could hear the ocean from every room. The sofas and beds were comfy. The fire pit table was fun to sit by and watch the waves and people watching. It was clean.

The kitchen wasn’t stocked well. Could use some more dishes , mixing bowl, and baking pan. We made it work, but could use some new stuff to make it complete and easy to cook in.

Dirty, ants all over the place, outdated facility. There were no towels or pillow cases when we arrived far after 3:00pm. Bathroom tub was dirty and they came back to clean. Overall way too expensive for the accommodations.

Property was wonderful, very cozy and extremely well located. Amazing view as well.

Could use a bit of maintenance to improve as curtains were bit broken.

Cottage is too old. Some widows cannot open. Vertical blinds not operate properly and missing slats. Furnitures are old and poor quality. Pots and pans have too much scratches. Chipped and cracked mugs. No body wash soap in dispenser. Bathroom window has no lock and bathroom heater does not work. Poor quality floor. Bad smell inside. Very disappointed about the cottage quality.

The location is amazing, the host was very helpful and responsive and had good suggestions for local places to eat, grab a coffee. The TV was large and has cable, WiFi.

Unfortunately the property does not look like the pictures. The front yard is in disarray, patio firepit doesn't work, unstable furniture, missing blinds, NO HEATER, plumbing issues, etc. It is a very charming property and with come remodeling, new appliances and attention to detail would be amazing. The upper deck also has several soft spots so would be good idea to have someone look at that.
